I got to the Client Area but cannot remember my password or login details, what should I do?
First of all, you should know your official email address registered in the Client Area. Then, below the login fields you will see: Forgotten Your Password? Request a Password Reset
Click on the "Request a Password Reset". Enter your email address (email registered in your Client Area) and Submit. You should receive in few minutes an email with details of your new password.
Note: if you submit different email address, the password will not be sent to you.
