Setting up email in Outlook:
1) Open Outlook
2) go to Tools (top menu)/ Accounts / Mail / Add / Mail
3) follow the Internet connection wizzard:
- your name,
- internet email address: user@mydomain.com
- email server names:
pop3 (incoming mail): mail.mydomain.com
smtp (outgoing mail): mail.mydomain.com
4) internet Mail Logon:
- account name: user@mydomain.com
- password:
5) In Tools / Accounts / Mail / Properties / Servers /
- In Outgoing Mail Server
check: "My server requires authentication"
