Long break from April 1 to April 4, 2010 - office closed

In view of the long bread from April 1st to April 4, 2010 please anticipate your dues and overdues (and avoid account suspension) because the office will be closed and no one will attend to the billing verification and postings, expect for the online transactions.
Only the tech support will be open on a sckeletal force and will only attend to issues thru ticket submissions. Please do not insist otherwise.
