Check first if our simple knowledge base has answers for you. We started adding common issues that can be troubleshooted by the clients themselves.
If no answers found there, you may submit a ticket for technical issue(s). Thru the ticket system we can both keep track of the developments and updates. Issues attended during the day can be tackled by the night shift technical team and vice-versa.
We discourage calling our office for troubleshooting requests. The ticket system is good and so far helped a lot in the tech and billing support.
