18:00 - Updates from the datacenter: the server had a partition that got full and caused the problem of accessibility. Aside from that every time the server was rebooted, it was losing connection. This caused some cpanel and WHM features to malfunction like webmail, ftp, email. Once the cpanel software was upgraded the whole system went back to normal. By now, the server should be operating 100% normal.
13:50 - One of our servers, host2server, had some issues of accessibility this morning, supecting that the firewall could be triggering every time when rebooting the server. But as of now after several hours that the server is already up, some other issues related to cpanel/WHM are still unresolved related to emails, reseller accounts, etc.
We are in coordination with the datacenter and will post here their report. We apologize for the invconvenience.
